Support for international academic conferences (participating graduate students) ●Support for participating graduate students who are the main authors of papers (Regardless of whether oral presentations or poster presentations are made) ●Support for [international academic conferences] held overseas/domestic (Domestic academic conferences are not supported) ●Support on the premise that the [international academic conference] conditions of the BK standard are met (If the conditions are not met after participating in the conference, if the supporting documents are not submitted, the entire amount of the support must be returned) Must meet (all) of the international academic conferences (3 conditions) of the BK standard What is the international conference? An international conference satisfies the following requirements(All) o Participation of more than 5 countries o More than 20 paper presentations (only oral presentations are considered) o That conference has more than 50% of international papers
What is the international paper (defined by BK21): the main author of the paper is working for the institute which is NOT PLACED in Korea For example: Sanridrolg - University of Busan, Korea is NOT an international paper (because the main author Sanridrolg is working for University of Busan IN Korea) Michael Scofield – University of Tokyo, Japan is an international paper (because the main author Michael Scofield is working for the University of Tokyo which is NOT placed in Korea)
